All testing for driver's licenses is at our North Spokane location at 329 W Hastings Rd.

Please bring the following with you to your testing appointment:

  • A government-issued ID with your photo
If your permit does not have your picture, you must also bring a current high school or college ID with a photo.

This number will be on your WA ID card or permit. Apply for an ID Number. Once completed, log into your LicenseExpress account to find your ID Number; it will begin with the letters WDL.
  • Your License Express login ID and password

Cash, credit, or debit cards are accepted (no checks). Fees paid to secure your test appointments are not transferable or refundable.
